It was raining..but Charlotte said we had been so lucky over the past few days, the weather was on our side except fro day 5. It was raining and we had to make a sedimentary log. It was very slippery as well. So we had to put our fieldbook and sedimentary log inside a hard plastic cover which is part of the basic fieldtrip kit that we had to buy from Chris Hunt. It was cold, so i didnt have the mood to do the work that day. Plus, I thought it was just a practice so i just made crap out of it, didnt bother to do some serious bits..as a result i failed my sedimentary log..was worried the next few days after i found out about it which was on day 7..lucky me, the log session in Freshwater west didnt contribute to the module mark -.-"*wiping sweats on my forehead
we finished around 4pm since we had to go to other localities to observe some other features. I really like the trace fossil produced by a lungfish..it was kinda huge compared to the trace fossils that we had in our practicals. It had a similar orientation like skolithos but Charlotte said we cannot name it as skolithos though..quite interesting if you come acros with fossils once a while in the middle of the fieldtrip eyh?
Climbing up the hill to reach the bus was another thing since we were soaked~
